All That MATTERS Framing – Gifts – Gallery is a full service custom frame shop and art gallery located in downtown Twain Harte, California. Owner Babs Desrosiers has been located in Twain Harte since 2005. The frame shop offers a large selection of wood and metal mouldings, acid-free and lignen-free matboard, and glass from premium to museum grade quality. Services range from standard style framing, shadow boxes to stitchery and all things in between at very competitive prices.
All of our artists are from Tuolumne and Calaveras counties. Original paintings and prints, jewelry, pottery, clothing, etched glass, stained glass, wood and metal sculptures are among the many fine works offered. Because the gallery is consignment-based, artworks are rotated and new items fitting any budget are available.

A little about the owner
Babs Desrosiers grew up in Los Gatos, CA and graduated from San Jose State University. Her love of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Twain Harte area began as a young child during yearly summer vacation trips. After moving to the area in the mid 1980’s, Babs learned the art of creating stained glass works, journal making, leather arts,

After moving to the area in the mid 1980’s, Babs learned the art of creating stained glass works, journal making, leather arts, and learned the art of custom framing, Her design, use of color, and attention to detail is inspired by the beauty of nature.
All That Matters was opened in 2005 and continues to be the premiere custom frame shop in Tuolumne County.
